"I've been a client for at least a decade, and did not have any issues with the service until last year. Last year when I tried making changes to my policy, the office was very unresponsive. I finally got the attention and made a change but barely in time. I hope it was just a temporary blip"

"I have been with Ms. Jenkins for over 30 years even when I disagreed with State Farms' policies (like when they stopped paying for cracks in windshields). I stayed with her because insurance is difficult to understand and something I'd rather not have to deal with. However, Nakamura has simplified it and kept my "worry level" down considerably. If she doesn't answer the phone, she always calls back promptly. She has thoroughly explained any increases, changes to my policies, and decisions I needed to make. I told her I will stay with State Farm as long as she is my agent. The minute she leaves, I am gone."
